With 12 years of experience in Advanced Analytics, BI, Strategy and Business planning, Pranay has been helping Financial organizations build sales and marketing efficiencies with analytics, provide BI consultancy in areas concerning organizations and develop differentiated offerings – by leveraging data to the best extent possible.
Currently, Pranay is AVP, Head of Customer Analytics & BI at Emirates Islamic. His experience spans across developing Predictive Scorecards, Business Intelligence, Developing Forecasting & Risk Based Pricing tools, Data driven decisioning, Cross sell strategy, Marketing Campaign, Big Data management, Data Quality & Governance, etc.
Pranay has deep understanding of managing teams with diverse range of nationalities and cultures. He has set up Analytics & business intelligence team ground up and converted it from a cost center to a very successful revenue generating function.

Activities Pranay manages on a day-to-day basis – Advanced analytics, customer and behavioral analytics, developing retail banking strategic white papers, retail bank bench-marking initiatives, portfolio deep dives, campaign management and tracking. Manages development of Financial Services Data Model (FSDM), and projects to improve data quality by fixing-the-stock and fixing-the-flow.
